Maintenance, Repair and Support Plan
OpTech is concerned with you, the customer. We will do our best to meet your needs in product support and service. If you have questions concerning the operation of the equipment or the services you purchased from our company, please contact Rick Anderson at (313) 729-8862.
Our hours of operation are Monday – Sunday, 8AM – 9PM EST.
NOTE: If the product you purchased is under warranty by the manufacturer and needs service, contact us directly at (313) 729-8862. Information will be provided for the direct contact responsible for the warranty.
If the hired individual does not perform satisfactorily and is released from the Client’s employment within the first 5 days of employment, then it is the Client’s right to be refunded 100 % of the fees paid for the hired individual or be given a suitable replacement candidate.
Statement of Guarantee
OpTech guarantees to make available an equivalent replacement for a service sold to the state for at least 3 years or during the entire contract term.
