Executive Team
Ronia Kruse, President/CEO
Ms. Kruse is the co-founder and President/CEO for OpTech, LLC. Ms. Kruse has over 12 years experience in business/tax/IT professional consulting servicing clients such as General Motors Corporation, Textron, DTE Energy to name a few. Ms. Kruse is actively involved in public policy in terms of procurement opportunities for Women Owned Businesses.
Ms. Kruse served as a professional consultant for Deloitte & Touche and Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). She also served as an Adjunct professor for Wayne State University. Ms. Kruse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters degree from Wayne State University.
Scott Goodwin, VP Operations
Mr. Goodwin is the VP of Operations for OpTech. Mr. Goodwin has 30 years of professional recruiting experience in diverse fields including IT, Engineering, Management, Finance and Marketing.
His career experience has included 10 years experience as Recruiting Manager for the IT Consulting Divisions of Quantum, American SCI and Manpower Technical where his efforts were focused on leading their recruiting efforts in the Detroit area. His major customers included Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation, Chrysler Corporation, Detroit Medical Center and EDS. Mr. Goodwin also has 15 years experience in the Executive Search Industry where he performed searches for professionals in all levels of organizations. These searches have included Engineering Managers, IT Managers, Controllers, CFOs, Sales Managers and Research and Development Managers. Mr. Goodwin holds a B.A. from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.
Rami Fakhoury
Mr. Fakhoury is the Vice President of New Business Development and Legal Matters for OpTech. Mr. Fakhoury has extensive experience in the areas of Immigration and Customs Law, and has worked in private firms, as well as serving as In-House Counsel for Syntel Corporation, a major company in the Information Technology industry. In particular, his practice focuses on H, L, E, and O visas, Labor Certifications, Advance Degree Professionals, Multinational Executives and Outstanding Researchers and Professors.
Mr. Fakhoury has a Juris Doctorate from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University (International Law concentration) and a B.S. in Finance/ Economics from Wayne State University, 1989.
