Detroit, Michigan – OpTech LLC, a Detroit, Michigan-based IT business solutions company, has added a new member to its recruiting team.
Jennifer Bollman, formerly with Visteon Corporation Asian CBS, is the Technology Recruiter responsible for assessing and addressing client technical staffing and business needs in the utilities, banking and government sectors. Jennifer’s experience included project coordination and support to Visteon’s Asian CBG division and North America Customer Business Groups.
Jennifer also held positions as Service Manager and Operations Manager at Kelly Services where she employed key Quality principles to manage the groups’ service delivery and quality metrics. She was responsible for training staff on ISO audits and for implementing Standard Operating Procedures and Total Quality Management efforts.
