Detroit, Michigan – Lisa Anderson has been promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager at OpTech, LLC, a Detroit, Michigan-based IT business solutions company.
Lisa oversees the IT talent placements made by OpTech’s Talent Acquisition Team for government and commercial client accounts. Lisa is also responsible for managing the account activity for clients in the financial and insurance sectors.
Prior to her promotion Lisa was the Senior Technical Recruiter responsible for executing job requisitions from assigned accounts, preparing search plans, and performing sourcing, technical interviews, testing and reference checks of candidates. Lisa also prepared candidates for client interviews and ensured successful transition into the new position when offered.
Lisa’s previous experience included a position at Harper Grace Hospital where she worked with the IT department to implement special payroll reports.
