OpTech, a woman-owned small business under the NAICS code 541519 primary and 541511 and 12, 610 and 611 secondary, has assembled a highly qualified team to provide the experience and expertise required to provide full-service System Engineering and Analysis/Advanced Technology Support to the NAVSEA Warfare Centers. OpTech is the prime contractor and the following paragraphs identify the OpTech team and summarize each team member’s core competency.

OpTech, through its Embedded Engineering & Advance Manufacturing division, provides innovative products and services to the electronics industry (indirectly to the Government) since 1997. OpTech provides value added electronic, manufacturing services such as device programming, test engineering solutions, and supply chain management OpTech’s comprehensive process control and serialization illustrates its commitment to Quality Assurance, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
OpTech’s team consists of experts in Embedded Systems Design, Software Engineering, and Real-time Operating Systems (RTOS).
