The Allied Defense Group
The Allied Defense Group is a diversified, international, defense and security business that provides an array of products and services as solutions to defense and security needs worldwide. The capabilities of The Allied Defense Group include supply of conventional ammunition (development, production, and sourcing) and the design and manufacturing of battlefield effects simulators, pyrotechnics, and other training devices for the military. The Allied Defense Group will deliver the required services for this program through its subsidiaries NS Microwave and Titan. Titan Dynamics Systems, Inc., (Titan) provides rapid response to the need for high-quality, safe, innovative, Battlefield Effects Simulator solutions for the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force and other user groups. Titan has made significant advances with the $1.5M U.S. Marine Corps-sponsored type classification and safety certification program of the Omega 36/B2 Battlefield Effects Simulator (BES). Through its expertise, Titan can apply its core competencies in engineering, analytical and technician disciplines to support measurement facilities, ranges, and instrumentation used for testing, evaluating, experimenting, and exercising platforms and systems. NS Microwave is an industry leader in providing customized surveillance systems to meet complex surveillance security challenges. Proprietary services and products include a complete line of camera concealments, command/control systems, wireless link solutions, helicopter systems and mobile communication trailers. Customers include Federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, the U.S. military in counterinsurgency operations, and the intelligence community. NS Microwave holds “Top Secret” facility clearances, and most of its employees hold TS clearances.
ShipShaper, LLP
ShipShaper is an emerging small business performing accurate laser scanning measurements for clients and undertaking environmental, geographical information and ship disposal consulting and contractual work. The Managing Partner of ShipShaper has administered (and participated in) a Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program grant, of the Department of Defense, specifically related to ship disposal. During that time, he was a member of an oversight group that helped define the objectives of the Ship Disposal Pilot Project undertaken by NAVSEA. ShipShaper was subcontracted in 2005 by Electric Boat to provide laser scans of a Torpedo Weapons retriever and SSGN 729 (USS Georgia). The Managing Partner has been, and continues to be, the Technical Director for the Ship Recycling Research Institute of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. ShipShaper is a strategic partner of the Institute. In this capacity, ShipShaper developed a project to design and build a ship to perform off-shore decontamination of vessels.

Henry Arthur & Associates, Inc (HA2I) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business operating as a Federal Government information technology and management services firm, providing management analysis and decision support, information technology solutions, and operations support.
