“Candidate” referrals are defined as individuals which may be placed on assignment via OpTech, either on a temporary, contract or direct basis.
- OpTech must have a completed W-9 form on file before referral bonus can be paid.
- OpTech must receive a fully completed and dated Candidate referral form.
If all prerequisites are met following ninety days after the start date, payment will be released as indicated below.
The payment structure varies based on the level of difficulty in filling a specific job. As such, OpTech will pay the referrer after the candidate has been employed for 90 days. For example, for a referral in an IT position, the referrer will receive $500 once the 90 days is complete:
- Healthcare up to $500
- Engineering up to $375
- IT $500 up to $1,000
* Hiring credit is given when the proper recruiting process and procedures are followed.
** Referrer’s will receive a 1099 for any bonus over $600.
