Introduction
OpTech is a prime contractor for the 8(a) Streamlined Technology Application Resource for Services (STARS) II Government wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) – 8(a) STARS II”, a/k/a “STARS II.” OpTech was selected for a contract award in four Functional Category (FC) tracks under the Constellation I level. This indefinite delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract award allows OpTech to compete on future task order solicitations in the FC tracks of the GSA 8(a) STARS II program.
